Ramiro Alfaro
Managing Director
Ramiro Alfaro co-founded Paltus Capital, a search-fund-turned-private-equity firm and now serves as Managing Director for the firm.
Prior to founding Paltus Capital, Ramiro was Head of Private Equity and member of the Investment Committee at Invercorp International, a multifamily office investing globally across all asset classes. In 2018, Ramiro founded and led the second Search Fund in Central America, where he developed the foundation of Paltus Capital’s current direct private equity investment efforts. Before launching his Search, Ramiro was a private equity investor at L Catterton in New York and Mesoamerica Investments in Colombia. Prior to his investment career, Ramiro worked as a management and strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Mexico and IBM Global Business services in New York.
Ramiro holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
