Melanie Dougherty

Melanie Dougherty joined Paltus Capital Search Fund in 2019 as an Analyst, sourcing and evaluating opportunities. Also, she brings valuable experience in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), having worked on a roll-up strategy in the wine industry in Spain during her time at IE Business School. Prior to joining Paltus Capital, Melanie was Head of Accounts Payable at an insurance brokerage firm, where she developed a strong foundation in financial operations.

Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Finance from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and an MBA from IE Business School.
