Ramiro Alfaro

Ramiro Alfaro founded Paltus Capital, a search-fund-turned-private-equity firm and is currently a Managing Director.

Prior to Paltus Capital, Ramiro was Head of Private Equity and member of the Investment Committee at Invercorp International, a multifamily office that invests globally across several asset classes. Before Invercorp, Ramiro founded and led the second search fund in Central America where he developed the foundations of Paltus Capital’s current private equity efforts. Prior to leading a search fund, Ramiro was a private equity investor at L Catterton in New York and Mesoamerica Investments in Colombia. Before his investment career, Ramiro worked as a management and strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Mexico and IBM Global Business services in New York.

Ramiro holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
