Luis Toscana

Luis Toscana joined the Paltus Capital team in 2023 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to joining Paltus, Luis worked for close to eight years in purchasing and supply chain management at Suministros & Alimentos, a leading food service corporation in Central America. During his tenure at Suministros & Alimentos, he spent time as planning and logistics coordinator at their Pastries and Bakery Manufacturing Facility, led the development of the supply chain department for the food service division, integrated the purchasing and procurement department for McDonald’s in the region, and culminated his tenure as Senior Regional Supply Chain Manager, leading the negotiation, purchasing and procurement processes for all divisions in the region.

Luis has also been involved in his family office investment committee since 2021, managing investments in various asset classes across their portfolio.

Luis holds a BS/BA in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of San Diego and will be pursuing his MBA at INSEAD in 2023.
