Juan de Dios founded Paltus Capital, a search-fund-turned-private-equity firm and is currently a Managing Director.
Additionally, Juan de Dios serves as the Executive President and Board Member of Puertas Globales, the leading residential door manufacturer in Central America. He led Puertas Globales as CEO for more than 5 years, after acquiring it through the first search fund in Central America, Padua Capital. He also sits on the Investment Committee of Invercorp International, a multifamily office that invests globally across several asset classes. Finally, Juan de Dios is an advisor to Invariantes Fund, a Venture Capital Firm, and Divita, a Value-Growth Fund.Before that, Juan de Dios was a private equity investor at Advent International and also worked as a management and strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, in Mexico.
Juan de Dios holds a BS in Systems and Information Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
